1. The service
BorewellPro is software for borewell contractors: inquiries and jobs, drilling records, GST invoices, payments, AMC, staff and payroll, GPS job-site maps, a customer portal and reports. Features listed on the public site are the features that exist in the product. If a capability is not listed, it is not included.
2. Accounts
Creating an account on the sign-up page opens a pending owner workspace. You may not use the application until Super Admin approves the account and assigns an active company license. Duplicate emails are rejected. You are responsible for keeping your password and, if you are the owner, the license key confidential.
The team count and plan you choose on sign-up are a request. They do not switch the product on and do not set a price. Super Admin confirms the plan when the license is assigned.
3. Licenses
A license key belongs to one company. It is checked on the server at sign-in and on later requests. It does not work for another company. Super Admin may assign, update, deactivate or revoke a key. If the license is missing, expired, inactive or revoked, the owner, technicians and customers of that company cannot sign in.
4. Roles
- Business owner — signs in with email, password and the company license key. Runs jobs, billing, staff and settings for that company.
- Technician — email and password. Sees assigned jobs, check-in and their own map. Blocked if the company license is not active.
- Customer — email and password. Sees their own jobs, quotations, invoices and complaints.
- Super Admin — BorewellPro operators. Approve accounts, assign licenses, review demo requests. Super Admin does not use a company license key.
5. Demo requests
Submitting “Request a Free Demo” is a sales enquiry. It does not create a login, approve an account, or grant access to the shared demonstration company. The unlisted live-demo page, if you were given that URL privately, is a shared playground — not your customer account.
6. Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of jobs, invoices, GST figures, customer records and staff data you store. Each company can see only its own records. We do not sell those records. You should not upload information you do not have the right to store.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use another company’s license key or credentials.
- Do not attempt to read or change another company’s jobs, invoices or customers.
- Do not interfere with rate limits, sessions or the approval process.
- Do not use the service for anything other than running a borewell (or related water-well) business and its customers.
8. Availability
The service may be taken offline for maintenance. Super Admin can enable a maintenance flag; they can still reach the admin panel. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
9. Liability
BorewellPro is a tool for records you enter. It does not replace a chartered accountant, a licensed driller’s statutory filings, or site safety judgements. To the extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for lost profit, incorrect GST you typed, or field decisions made from data in the app. This paragraph is a draft — have counsel finish it for your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, once they are in force for your account.
